A four-week live series · Begins August 12
Fearless Foundations: The Four Faces of Courage in the Dharma
With Eileen Tupaz
Courage isn't about being aggressive, daring or headstrong—it's about cultivating the capacity to face reality, relinquish attachments, open the heart and meet impermanence with equanimity.
What you'll practice and learn
Why this series?
This four-session series explores classical teachings that illuminate courage as a path of wisdom and compassion.
Through reflection, meditation and dialogue, participants will discover how courage arises naturally when we see clearly, release clinging, extend compassion and embrace the truth of mortality.

Meet your teacher
Eileen Tupaz
I’ve been supporting people in the life-long labor of growing lotuses from mud, transforming poisons into antidotes and turning arrows into flowers since 2011—and I love providing this support in the form of teaching, mentoring and coaching.
I’m passionate about helping people feel safe (enough) with themselves and in the world so that they can embody and express their highest intentions. I tend to lean on mindfulness-based, body-centered and psychotherapy-inspired approaches in doing this work—but I’ll rhapsodize unabashedly about the dharma if I’m given the chance (so be duly warned!).
Outside of the Triple Gem, I take refuge in music (which I play badly), poetry (which I read avidly) and writing (which I indulge regularly).
