What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your registration for the course. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before July 13, 2024, will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the retreat.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between July 14, 2024, and July 23, 2024, will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid for the retreat.
No Refund: Cancellations made on or after July 24, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund.
Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may attend the next retreat. Please notify us of the transfer by July 24, 2024.
Retreat Cancellation by Banyan: In the unlikely event that we cancel the retreat, all registered participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the retreat.
Refund Process: All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
