PERSONAL MENTORSHIP
Guidance
and connection
Mentorship groups provide the personalized support you need to sustain and refine your mindfulness practice. Because practice is difficult, and we tend to forget. Our groups help you remember. There’s nothing like having a great guide and peers on the journey to learn from. Each group is small and intimate, so that you’ll have plenty of space to connect, reflect, and practice.
How it works
What happens in a session
Our mentorship groups create an ideal environment for you to learn from
what arises in each moment and take your practice deeper. Each session is 90 minutes
long and has the following core components.

Guided meditation
Each session starts with a grounding guided meditation, bringing everyone into presence. Your mentor will feel into what is most needed for the group.

Group check-ins
Everyone gets a chance to share what is arising in their practice and life, and how they are working with it. Your mentor may offer helpful reflection and pointers where appropriate.

Teaching and reflection
Based on what is arising from the shares and in the collective field, your mentor will offer helpful wisdom from their own lived experience that serves the group. You may also engage in shared reflection in the large group or in smaller breakout groups.
“Practicing together isn’t just about support—it’s about creating a shared energy that uplifts and empowers every step of your practice.”
